NCAA Final Four Weekend!
Friday, April 4, 2008
With the NCAA Final Four games being played this weekend I want to pose a question to everyone. Who is everyone pulling for. I feel the NC vs. Kansas game is going to be really interesting. It will be fun to watch Roy Williams vs Bill Self. With this being Williams for team it will be a close match up. Memphis vs UCLA is going to be a fun one to watch too. Everyone is talking about how Memphis cannot hit free throws. I am going to give Coach Cal the Benefit of the doubt, that they have been practicing them all week. My predictions is going to be NC vs Memphis with Memphis winning by a point.

May the Force be with you!

NCAA basketball: It is Dancing Time.
Monday, March 10, 2008
One week from today the NCAA Brackets be ready for people to fill out. Money will be changing hands and the offices pools will be hot. I am going to run a bracket on ESPN.com for anyone that is interested. It will be free and it will be for bragging Rights. The more people that enter the better. So that I can get a tally on the number of people, please leave a comment if you are interested. I will post the Group Name and the password next Sunday Night. The more people I get the better.

Secondly, Going in with the NCAA what Teams does everyone think going to be number one seeds? Plus of the 4 which ones will not make it to the Final Four?

My Final Four Picks

1. Memphis
2. UCLA
3. North Carolina
4. Kansas

The only 2 of the 4 will make it to the final four. North Carolina and Memphis. They will not play in the championship game. Stay Tuned and join the group to find out what other picks I make.

May the Force be with you.

Turning Focus
Tuesday, February 5, 2008
Now that the NFL Season is over it is time to turn my attention to a couple of other sports. First up will be Nascar Superbowl the Daytona 500. Stories leading into this race wil be how does Dale Earnhardt JR fitt in with his new team? Can Jimmy Johnson go out strong running for a 3rd year in a row? Is Tony Stewart ready to show everybody that he can be the face of Nascar? Lastly will Jeff Gordon come out of the closet?

NCAA Basketball is about to get really good really fast. Memphis is a team on a mission. They are lead by a point guard from Iliinois who is on his way to being a first round draft pick in the NBA. What I am really looking forward to is the Field of 64 to be picked. Question that can be answered is what Mid Major can make a run? Can Kansas finally get over the hump with all the talent? Which Coach is the first let go after the Season?

In the NBA the story to follow is does Shaq Oneal stay on a team that is not very good or is he traded to a team that is needing big man to get over the hump and win and NBA Title?

Until Next time May the Force be with you.

NCAA: Top 3 Diaper Dandies to watch in 2007-2008
Thursday, October 18, 2007
Stealing a quote from the great Dick Vital I have come up with a list of the players that will be the top 5 freshman of the year

1. Eric Gordon: Stiffs U of I to play in front of his home team Hoosiers. If he lives up to the hype, he could very will be a number 1 draft pick.

2. Derrick Rose: this kid is amazing. He can do it all. Playing under coach Calipri at Memphis he will learn alot.

3. OJ Mayo: he goes across the country to USC, for a coach I feel is a thief him self an will no anything to with. By of the 3 he was the highest rated player coming out of High School.

Add other names of freshmen players that you fell will make an impact?
